At Mon Petit, we meticulously select all of our merchandise and ensure that everything is in perfect condition before shipping your package. We want to be certain all customers are delighted with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange an item for a different size, please follow instructions below:

REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept your return/exchange within 15 days of package delivery date for a full refund, or within 20 days for credit only. We will not accept returns/exchanges returned to us after 20 days of receipt. Returns received after 20 days will, at our discretion, be shipped back to the sender at the sender’s own expense.

All approved refunds will be credited per the original payment method.

REQUESTING A RETURN
Navigate to the Returns Center to request a return.

You will receive a response within 48 hours with a Returned Merchandise Approval (RMA) number to include with your return/exchange.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
Same as above, navigate to our Returns Center to request your exchange and receive your Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You may make an exchange within 20 days of the receipt of your merchandise. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Once you have your RMA number, make sure to include it somewhere inside or written on your package.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. This includes shoe boxes and gift boxes.

We do not provide return labels, you must provide your own. We strongly advise our customers to use the following shipping methods, as other methods may not be reliable and may compromise timely delivery:

• UPS, DHL, or Fedex for domestic returns.
• UPS, DHL express, Fedex, or USPS Express for International returns.

RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER IN STORE
As described above, please navigate to our Returns Center to request your return/exchange and receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return Policy timeframes apply.

Once you receive your RMA#, fill out the included In-Store Return form. We will not accept any in-store return without an RMA#. Make sure your form gets signed by a Mon Petit employee as proof your return was received.

RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER THAT WAS LOCAL PICKUP
If you placed an order online for local pick up in-store and would like to return/exchange it, you must navigate to our Returns Center to complete the Return Request.

If approved, you will receive a response within 48 hours with a Returned Merchandise Approval (RMA#). Follow the directions above for shipping back a return or making a return in-store. Refund Policy timeframes apply.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international returns/exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot refund customs/duties charges.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
Merchandise 0-30% off is eligible for refund within the timeframes stated in the Return Policy.
Merchandise 35% to 40% off is eligible for exchange or credit only within 10 days.
Merchandise 45% or more is final sale.

GIFT RETURNS

RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED AND HOLIDAY GIFTS
Items that are personalized, monogrammed, or custom-ordered are deemed final sale.
Any item that is categorized as a Holiday item cannot be returned after the holidays.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is considered faulty if it is received in damaged condition or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, email us at customerservice@monpetitchild.com within two days. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items or to exchange for another size or item. You will receive a credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will generally be credited to your original form of payment minus the shipping cost.  Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the bank’s processing time. We unfortunately cannot speed up the process of the refund.

CREDIT
Credit is issued in the form of a gift card on valid returns between 16 and 20 days of the customer’s receipt. Credit is valid for a full year from issue date. A Credit cannot be used on merchandise that are discounted 40% and greater.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display the colors and descriptions of our merchandise as accurately as possible on the Mon Petit website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
